Guild Rules! Empty Guild Rules!

Gear:
Gear coming from Outland is banned at all use.
All enchants and patches from the Burning Crusade is allowed. This is because of the major nerfs in consumables, available level 60 talent builds and world buffs.
Gear with Grand Marshal quality is banned until further notice. The gear is simply to easy to get, and it’s the same level of gear as Ahn Qiraj and Naxxramas. Use of this gear might open when we have reached that kind of raiding.
Battleground reputation gear is allowed, this gear is better than rare gear from 5 man instances, but not better than Molten Core gear.
As for now, newcomers with better than ZG quality gear will have to stock the gear in their bank or remove it completely. This is to create a fair DKP system.

"Boosting":
We’ve allowed “boosting” from level 65-70 characters in normal Instances with 5-10 man content.
We’ve banned “boosting” from level 65-70 characters in raid instances with 20+ content.

Guild Bank:
All contribution to the guild bank is accepted, if it can be used in any way regarding raids.
Withdrawing items from the guild bank goes trough the Guild Master
No DKP awarding hand-ins has yet been decided.
Guild bank is not to be filled with items which is very unlikely will be used.
When the raiding content grows, the guild bank needs to grow as well. Some fees to the guild will be needed in time, to buy new tabs and so on.

Guild Chat:
Capital letters should only be used when starting a new word or less.
See the difference in joking and seriousness. Think before you speak.
Have opinions but be neutral. If you have problems with something said in guild chat you tell a Officer.
Discriminations will not be tolerated. Talking down, in any way, about girls (the majority of WoW players are men) is not allowed, even if it is a joke.
Personal issues should be sorted out in whisper or trough a officer, never in guild chat.
Minimal talking in guild chat when there is a raid going on.
Keep it english in the guildchat. Speaking uncommon languages in the guildchat might be rewarded with a demote to the rank "Muted" for a period of time. (This obviously depends on the situation.)
